I’m sorry…WHAT?! How did we miss this?!

According to E! Online, the masterminds behind the incredibly successful Mamma Mia! are cooking up a Spice Girls’ themed musical for the Great White Way! Entitled Viva Forever, the show will be comprised of a story separate from that of the girls. However, it will, of course, be based on the girls’ back catalogue of music.

So, basically, it’s going to be Mamma Mia! - the spicy version! It’s being helmed by Judy Craymer, the woman who produced both the film and stage productions of the Abba-centric Mamma Mia!, in coordination with Universal Music and Simon Fuller’s new company (he’s the guy behind that show no one watches - American Idol).

Don’t know about you, but I am making plans for opening night as we speak…
